Inspiron 660 upgrade to RAM and Graphics card.

I'm looking for information and advice on what the available RAM upgrades that are available for my PC.

My PC is currently running:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i-5 3340 CPU @ 3.10GHZ

64x operating system and has 12G or RAM (11.9 usable)

Intel HD Graphics

I would like to see how much RAM I can add and what the best Nvidia-GeForce Graphic card I can get for my PC

Your motherboard can address 16gb of RAM ... 2x 8gb modules ... as far as your video card the best Nvidia card you can use without a power supply upgrade is the GT 640 ... the AMD HD 7750 is a lower power card that performs better than a GT 640.  With a new bigger power supply you can use a better Nvidia card.

12 gb ram is fine for your model and it would be a waste of money replacing what you have now for 4 extra ram. 8gb of ram is even fine for the 660. There is a problem with the power supply--that model has a 300w psu. Only budget model cards would work. Use the integrated graphics until you can upgrade the psu.
