Inspiron One 2020 dcjack and charger not working

hi im new on here but any ways iv worked on many dells but never ran across thsi issue normally 

im thinking its with the mother board i plug in my blue light adapter and its just goes out  when plugged into the back of my desktop that i have just trying to figure out the issue and i also just recently replaced the hard drive  with a new sea gate  hard drive also so trying to figure out this issue with this sell love to have it back up and running what else causes this issue  and i just finished paying this computer off with ace rent to own also

the computer wont boot at all and nether anything else on it iv stripped it down to bare mother board on to a wooden surface also and removed  the ram and the  ce mos battery to try and fix this issue
