Hello, llbandit.
My Windows xp is facilitated by dell with service pack 1 integrated. Even so, it gives east error me.

As lbandit said, you need to install the chipset drivers for your motherboard.

You need to install service pack 1.
Assuming you have installed the chipset drivers.

I installed the XP and everything worked fine. My motherboard went out in mine.
Similiar problem until I figured out, none of the ports are working.
