Is S3 sleep setting possible with XPS-R?

Hello, Just reading the August copy of Maximum PC and it talks about enabling the S3 sleep mode (only memory powered) on your PC.

I was wondering if anyone knows if this is possible with the XPS-R PC's? If so how can I enable it?
