KM 636 Keyboard input lag
Hi,
We bought around 15 KM 636 Mouse/Keyboard combo sets.
Some of them have input lag issues. It wont type anything for 2 - 5 seconds and then all of a sudden it will type everything at once. If the user is constantly using the keyboard it seems to work and only seems to lag if its left for x amount of time.
We are using mainly Dell Optiplex 3040
What can I do to solve this?

Take a KM combo that does not lag and swap it with one that does lag, on the same PC. If the lag goes with the KM, you have a KM problem.
If the non-lagger starts lagging on this same PC, you have a PC or Windows problem.
That should give you an idea where to look for the problem.

You might also watch the system for other events happening. There may be something running which slows down the system. Task Manager may help if you watch the CPU utilization.
Otherwise, do all the systems have the same software? Any chance something is interfering with the wireless signal?
I have seen it happen on my system but it is so infrequent I just ignore it..
