Largest Video Card for Optiplex 780 SFF

So got a new Optiplex 780 SFF today and now looking for the biggest video card in memory, and form factor that will also support the most screens possible. (At least 3 preferably but I will make good with 2 if I have to) it wont be for gaming, just IDEs etc for web and application development.
