I have the problem with my 1330 where the video is displaying the colored vertical lines. I purchased the laptop from the outlet as a refurb 11 months ago. Now I cannot get any service. My paperwork says I have a 12 month warranty, but the online it says my warranty started and ended this year which makes no sense since i bought it last year. I cannot get chat support or phone support without paying for phone support. When i try to send in an email support ticket i get a message that the computer was not purchased in this country and I have to go the site that corresponds with the country i bought it from. That is funny considering I bought it from teh US site and I live in the US.
This is a known problem that Dell has extended everyones warranty on. I just want to get some support to get the MB replaced. Has anyone else dealt with this? Can anyone lend a hand here?
