M14XR2 headphone/mic stopped working after Windows 10 upgrade
I just upgraded to 10...but my headphones and mic don't work.
I've tried installing Realtex HD driver but it doesn't even show up on audio devices.
Any help would be tremendously appreciated as I can't work online without this functioning.

Thanks for posting.
Have you tried:
Right click on the Tray Volume Icon, then select 'Playback devices' and navigate to the 'Playback' tab if it's not already displayed. Do you see any icon in the list that has a black downward-facing arrow and says 'Disabled' ? If so, right click the icon and select 'Enable'.
