MY XPS 200 WON'T BOOT ANYMORE. FRONT PANEL LIGHT 1, 3, 4 , IS ON. NOT 2

My Dell XPS 200 won't boot anymore. I just replaced the memory from dell and still nothing. Can someone help me. The power comes on and the fan is blowing okay. Front lights 1, 3, and 4,  is green;  but 2 does not come on.

1,3,4 isn't a documented error code, but it's most likely a RAM issue. Check that the RAM modules all seated correctly - remove and carefully reseat each module.

Be more specific about "replaced the memory". How much did you have? How much did you add? Did you add the new, or completely replace the old?

Could be bad RAM. If you put just the old back, does it work?

What version of Windows?
