MaxxSense presets missing in latest HD audio driver update
I have the 02/18/2016 update of the Realtek HD audio driver for my Inspiron 3646 running Windows 8.1 (downloaded via Driver Booster 3.3).
Put simply, the MaxxSense presets missing. What do I do?

You should remove it and re-install the driver from our Dell driver page. The retail RealTek driver from that 3rd party software was not specifically made for our OEM (original equipment manufacturer) audio. Which is why the presets are missing.
