Monitor stuck in power save mode (Solved)

I had the same issue

the way i fixed my issue was went inside the desktop and pulled only the sata cable from the hard drive

and also pulled the cmos batt i left the cmos batt off for 5min then i put it back

as for the hard drive i left it disconnected from the sata cable turned on the computer and the monitor came back on i went into the bios optimized the defaults i shut down the computer plugged the sata back on to the hard drive turned the computer bk on and everything is working again and i was able to finish installing windows 10:)
