I've had this computer for a little over a month now since i wanted a better gaming computer, and since day 1, I've had constant blue screens of death occur, at least once or twice a week, i thought it wasn't much of a problem at the beginning since it was a new computer, but since the problem hasn't stopped on its own, i'm seeking help. if there's anyone that has any info as to how to fix this problem, please let me know, i would hate to have to return this computer and get another one.
You should have contacted support right away to correct this. It is definitely NOT something that corrects itself. Contact Support now.
Run the Diagnostics and test the hardware so you can report the results to the support staff. Tap F12 as soon as you reboot without waiting for any screen to get to the boot menu.
I made this post here in the support forum and they dont have email support for my computer, so this is the best i got, thank you for telling me to do what i already did.
