My Old Dell Dimension 4600 not detect HDD or CD / DVD rom drive
Hello,
I win a old Dimension 4600 from a client and working well...I can enter in setup and configure it, but when i install a HDD it does not detect.
I try to install CD ROM drive, DVD ROM, CD/DVD recorder, HDDs SATA and IDE but still doesnt detecting.
Someone can help me?

All Drives All Cables must use 80 wire cables and must all be set to Cable Select. NOT MASTER NOT SLAVE.
If you have mixed cable select and master and slave on any controller ALL DRIVES WILL NOT SHOWUP. Optical as well as hard drive MUST BE CABLE SELECT.
