Are either of these PC's running the control panel in "Classic" mode by chance?

Yes, my wife's computer is in classic mode on the control panel. My computer was in the other mode. I now have changed mine to classic mode and it works fine now.

Yes, my wife's computer is in classic mode on the control panel. My computer was in the other mode. I now have changed mine to classic mode and it works fine now.
