NEW LAPTOP

i just bought this new laptop xps15. less than 24 hours after i recieved it and did all the necessary setups to it, i opened for the second time and i have a blue screen. i  couldnt figure out what was wrong so i called dell support and they charged me a $110 to fix it. i just spent a lil over a grand buying it and they wanted more when this problem should have never happened so soon.it came with a 15 month subscription to mcafee. it should a been picked up. now all the sudden mccaffee working just fine. ihave screens popping up telli ng me its an unsafe sight, its not known and an updates required. why now all of asudden? this has me very angry and ddoubtful on dells commitment to our satisfaction.
