New Alienware Aurora R5 won't boot. Only 1 day old.. Frustrating

I tried doing the power drain thing, didn't work. The power button starts with a blue light, then goes to blinking yellow light. 3 times, then 6 times. Last night when it was working it said Alienware needed to do a bios update. I just shut off my monitor and let it do its thing over night. This morning I went to turn it on and I got the blinking lights.  For the price I paid for it I didn't expect problems to occur the day after I got it. I wonder if I should of just got a different computer in the first place.
