New GPU compatible with CPU?

Everything should work.  It is just that your CPU is on the low-end and the power supply would be considered cheap. Personally, I do not like buying cheap power supplies if upgrading the video card for gaming purposes.

Review from Newegg:

1 out of 5 eggsDon't cheap out on your power supply

Pros: Cheapest semi-modular power supply at this wattage.

Cons: Couldn't provide enough power for a single Radeon 6770.

Other Thoughts: My computer wouldn't boot at all when I put a Radeon 6770 inside. I replaced the graphics card AND the motherboard and the problem persisted, so this has to be the culprit. You can find great modular power supplies for a bit more from other brands. Believe me, it is worth it.

Do you have any suggestions? How much should i spend on a power supply?

The RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-530SS 530W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V SLI Modular Power Supply, should work fine in the Inspiron 570 MT, as will the XFX HD-677X-ZNFC Radeon HD 6770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 Video Card, providing the PCIe x1 slot, next to the PCIe x16 slot is open.

Both are compatible wiith the AMD Athlon II X2 250, 3.0 GHz processor.

Hard to say.  It may be a bit slow, but the HD 6770 is a good card so I would go for it if you are looking for better gaming.  It only scores 1703 HERE so it certainly is not up there with the better CPUs.   Most games rely mostly on the video card so I would just give it a try and see how your FPS are doing compared compared to what others might get with better CPUs.

SeaSonic is a very good brand.  HERE is one I can suggest if you want modular.

It does not take much to run those games.  You will be just fine with both your CPU and GPU.

What video card do you have now?  I did not see it mentioned.
