New Inspiron Desktop Slow

Hi. Recently purchased a new Inspiron 23 all-in-one (model 5348)  and it just seems slow in opening applications, websites, etc. Actually my old studio hybrid that this replaced seemed faster.

All that has been done since I got the desktop was copy over documents from the old PC (no applications) and installed Bitdefender because the trial of McAfee was going to expire and not a fan of McAfee anyway.

I'm using Firefox as my web browser so technically that was an additional install as well.

Any suggestion on what I can check for? The virus scan says the PC is clean and there are no issues.
