New OptiPlex 3020 A02 BIOS update breaks SMART board functionality

I recently went to install the A02 BIOS update that was released two days ago on a few OptiPlex 3020s. However, it breaks the USB functionality of the SMART board. Whenever it is plugged in, Windows just says that a USB device has malfunctioned and has been disabled. Of course I tried to check and make sure drivers were properly installed, and everything checked out normally. Finally, I decided to revert the BIOS back to A00, and the functionality was restored. Apparently there is some type of USB issue within the new BIOS update, can Dell take a look into this?

At least you were able to revert to A00 and that fixed the problem.

A02 includes a USB fix, so it would seem that it may have broken some other USB functionality....
