No audio on Dimension 4700 after upgrading from XP to Vista Home Premium
"I recently upgraded the OS on my 4700 to Vista Home Premium and everything
works great with the exception of the audio. I saw a link to a Vista driver in
the Vista section of Dell's Support site that addressed this issue so I
downloaded it. (R147075.exe)

However when I try to install the driver I get an error msg: Device object not
present. Restart the system and run setup again. I have done this and get the
same error msg.
Also, was wondering if there is a chipset driver for the unit
for Vista??

No clipset driver for Dimension 4700 on Windows Vista :smileysad:
