No signal to monitor on Dell DNCE
I have a Dell OPTIPLEX GX260 and will not turn on. The light on the start button is green. what can be the problem? About a week ago when ever i plug in a jump drive on the front panel the computer would shut down the orange light would blink for a min and then i could push power button and the green light would come on the computer would power up . Yesterday it went down and dos not signal the monitor the green light is on do not hear beeps but fan is running did not check diagnostic lights but will can anyone help please The model number is DNCE and I have windows 7 ultimate running

The Optiplex GX260 has three versions, Small Form-Factor Computer, Small Desktop Computer and Small Mini-Tower Computer, what is your version?
Is the power button green LED, flashing, or solid?
Are any of the four diagnostic lights on the back panel lite?
If they are, what is their sequence?
