Nvidia graphics Card
Help me!! my new alienware x51 wont register the nvidia graphics card at all and i cant play any games it only runs off of the dell one but it came with the nvidia geforce gt 545 but wont register or go through the ports on that one

I will be glad to assist you. Request you to answer the below questions:
(1) When you say it won’t register what exactly is happening? Are you trying to register it online?
(2) Are you trying to fix the video card physically in the video card slot?
Do reply with your findings.

Boot into the Bios, open Integrated Devices. Primary Display should be changed to Discrete. Make that change, exit the bios saving the change. Power off. Connect the monitor to the Nvidia port. Power the system on.
