Optiplex 170L will not boot
PC working well. Switched off. Powered on and would not boot. The 3 lights on keyboard flash on / off. The light to the left of the power on /off button is flashing amber while the light to the right of the on/off button is solid green. Num lock will light keyboard but scroll lock and caps lock will not. No sounds.

Pull the power cord from the back of the tower, then press the (front) power switch for about 5 seconds to fully drain power from the box. Plug back in and attempt to power up again.
If the symptom persists, with power on check the diag LED codes on the back of the tower.
