Optiplex 330 case is locked
My office has 3 optiplex 330 computers bought used. The CPU fan is failing on one, and I want to replace it. However, the case will not open - it appears the slide switch is locked (yet the other 2 can open) How can I get a replacement key? Thanks

We do not put locks on them nor do we have keys? The latch should simply slide. Is the system laying on its side when your trying to slide the latch?

I'm hoping Dell provides a legitimate answer here as I also have a recently acquired 330 desktop with a case that's locked.
