Optiplex 390 Network cards not staying connected to the network.

We have some Optiplex 390 Dell desktops that are having difficutlties staying connected.  Its seems about 30 seconds after we sign into a pc it disconnects.  I updated to the latest Realtek drivers (March 2013) on Realtek.com and I updated the bios from A05 to A10 but that doesn't seem to help.  Is there any way to fix this?

Version of Windows?

If it's more than one PC having the same issue, could this a problem with your router, server or your ISP? Scanned thoroughly for malware lately?

Its not a router issue as the other campus computers can log in.  We've had to install different network cards in these OptiPlex 390's and they work.  For some reason the Realtek's that come with the pc's drop off the network about 30 seconds to 1 minute after they log in.  We're using Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1.
