PC Problem - Repairing Not Supported in Egypt

Dear Dell,

i have a problem in my PC motherboard. i bought this pc from "Korea" when i got it here in Egypt i found that and surely that the motherboard has a malfunction, so i contacted dell partner in Egypt ( Quest eg ) to maintain my motherboard which is out of warranty.

Dell partner in Egypt ( Quest eg ) told me that they can't maintain the motherboard as they support only middle east PCs and refused to maintain my PC so i asked them to send my an email or official document with that they also refused with rude behavior.

I need this document to contact the company in Korea which i bought this PC from to ask them to repair my motherboard as i can't repair it in Egypt.

Dell is a great company and we didn't expect such a bad treatment from dell partners.

So I think a suitable action have to be taken to solve my problem.
