PC wont POST after failed Bios update :Dell Optiplex 745 SFF

Please HELP!!! I was in the middle of a BIOS update when the power went off , when I powered the computer back on the PC will not POST .All lights light up Power (green)  and Status lights 3 & 4 stay on but no  Dell logo just  a blank screen. I have searched everywhere for a solution my motherboard is bricked from what I have found .Is there anyway I can recover the BIOS ? Please HELP:emotion-20:

  1. Power off, unplug
  2. Press/hold power button for ~15 sec
  3. Open case and remove motherboard battery
  4. Press/hold power button for ~30 sec
  5. Reinstall battery (right-side-up!)
  6. Close case
  7. If you're very lucky, it will boot now

If it still doesn't boot, you need to replace the motherboard or shop for a new PC... [:'(]
