PERC H310 Firmware Upgrade in ESXI 5.1

Hi All,

I am trying to update the firmware of a Dell PERC H310 on my ESXI 5.1 host. I cannot find an appropriate installation file for ESXI. Please let me know if you know where I can find the correct executable.
