PERC H700 and sleep

Hi,

I use my new PERC H700 in my workstation and I've problem with computer sleep. When restart my computer everything works fine. SSD are recognized before windows startup and windows starts in few seconds. Problem is, when I use sleep - after awakening I need wait about one minute. During this time computer not responding, I can't even input my password for login.

If it's normal? SSD must be recognized by controller?

Here is screenshot from controller log - I cleared logs before computer sleep and after few seconds I woke.

Change the sleep mode from S3 to S1 in bios and you won't have to wait so long. Also turn off PCI-E sleep if thats listed in bios.

Hi,

thx for you replay, but it does't work for me.

In my UEFI bios I've this option:

"Suspend to RAM

Select disable for ACPI suspend type S1. It is recommended to select auto for ACPI S3 power saving."

When I setup this as disable in bios, in windows I haven't option sleep - only shutdown and restart.

Here is link to manual for my motherboard: 66.226.78.21/.../Z97%20Extreme4.pdf (it's Asrock z97 extreme4)

Option which I speak about is described at page 87.
