I do not see PFC (power factor correction) in the description.

W299G = 875w, EPA, UPC, Delta NPS-875BB A (Interchangeable with U595G)

Its SILVER  80 PERCENT EFFICIENT PFC .  DELL HAS BEEN PFC ON ALL POWER SUPPLIES FOR MANY YEARS.  PART OF EPS12V as well as ENERGY STAR etc. ENERGY STAR included 80 PLUS requirements in new computers specification (2006). This is also why I continue to say that ATX power supplies are NOT SUFFICIENT and must be EPS12V 2.92 rated for modern Dell Machines.   This is also why certain 500W power supplies are NOT WORKING in systems that had DELL 305W units before because the 3.3v/5v rails as well as the +5VSB rails DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH POWER to work well if at all.
