PWS 690 onborad SAS & PCI conflict ???

I have just upgraded fron a SATA boot drive to SAS, and therefor I am using the onboard SAS controller, and have a fresh install on windows xp64.

I also use a netgear wag311 wireless card, using atheros Ar5211 driver (netgear dont supply xp64 driver) this works fine on the SATA setup (I have not yet wiped the boot driver)

Yes under the SAS setup, the device cant be started, and when I enable the device it get a blue screen with MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION error

The only difference i can see is using the SAS controller, does anyone have any ideas ?
