Power Connector on Dell All-In-One computer is very bad
My father have a Dell All-in-one (not sure the type, but I will find out). Anyway - for at least a year now he has had problems with the power connector. If he touches the computer the computer will turn off. Solution is to wiggle on the power connector / cord, and try to start it. many times each day (even if he don't touches the computer) he will need to power it back on due to this. Is this a common problem? Will Dell fix it?

Its out of warranty and over 8 years old so no. Should have taken care of this well before 20 days pass let alone a year. Dell will not provide support without a service tag/serial number/express service code. This forum is for Dell USA customers not world wide dell support.

I think this video shows the issue well.

It's not 8 years old.
Here is the spec: Inspiron 2350
Service-ID: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
Ekspresservicekode: <ADMIN NOTE: Express service code removed per privacy policy>.
What can I do? I can't just throw it in the garbage?

I said that because without any information Its purely speculation.
This forum is not world wide demand support from dell forum.
Your warranty ended 3 years ago.
This is a user forum not contact with Dell EMEA support.

Ok, so this is not a common problem that you know of? I don't ask for a warranty, but I just need some help/tips. What is this forum about if we can't ask questions?
