Power consumption
I've found out that the Dimensions use 200 watts of power, but is that by hour or what? And I can't find how much the Optiplex uses. Can anyone help?

One watt is the power of one joule of energy each second. Power consumption over time is measures in kilowatt-hours (kWh), so a 200 watt appliance running for 1 hour would use .2 kWh.
Different systems use different power supplies and have different power consumptions so there would not be on specific answer for all OptiPlex systems; if you could provide information on which OptiPlex system you are interested in, I may be able to find out the power usage of the specific system.

For an OptiPlex GX280 what is the power consumption when it is in sleep mode?
