Precision 370 Cardcage Fan Failure

The motherboard in my Precision 370 died and I bought a new one and replaced it. Now when I turn on the computer I get an alert that the cardcage fan failed. What fan is this talking about? I only see 1 fan in this computer and it's just below the power supply. Where's the service manual located online for this model computer?

I'm having the very same issue with my Precision 380. I Bought a new mobo, all works well, except upon every boot, I get a card cage fan error. I have the cpu fan installed, but not the extra fan that cools the pci cards and hard drives, so I ordered a "card cage fan" from ebay and ended up getting another cpu fan and shroud. Not what I needed. The cpu fan connects to the board with a 4 pin header and the card cage fan with a 3 pin, so I temporarily installed a 3 pin fan with temp sensor from another Dell and get the same message. Very frustrating.
