Precision T1650, How to use both integrated and dedicated graphics card?

I have a Precision T1650 that has an i7-3770 processor. I got this system second hand and had an NVS 300 in it. I have realized that the onboard graphics, could be better and want to use it instead, while also using the NVS 300 since I have both monitors connected to it. I have tried going to the bios, but under video it only says enabling multi view, and doesn't give me an option to enable the onboard graphics card.

The Precision T1650 supports either integrated graphics or the add-in graphics card, but not both at the same time. You will need to remove the add-in NVS 300 to access the integrated Intel HD Graphics. The NVS 300 DMS59 port supports dual monitors via adapter cabling. Something like this. Or simply remove the NVS 300 and install a different video card with more ports =
Nvidia Quadro 600 (DP/DVI)
Nvidia Quadro 2000 (DP/DP/DVI)
AMD FirePro V4900 (DP/DP/DVI)

Or get a USB>HDMI dongle for the second monitor and use it along with the integrated graphics for the first monitor.
