Precision T3500 and T3600 power supply specs

Hey all,

Would anyone have any idea of the detailed specs of the power supplies that come in the precision T3500 and T3600? I've got one of each and I'm wanting to replace the graphics card with something that's not a workstation card and I'm worried about amperage requirement on the 12V line. Anyone know what those power supplies put out? I haven't been able to find anything myself.

Thanks!

It's written on the label on the power supply ...

T3500 and T3600 have completely different PSUs, check both labels.

T3500 525w Power Supply Unit M822J R951G 500 w MAX on the 12V line however YOU CANT MAX BOTH 3.3V AND 5V AND 12V or you would have an 850w power supply. This means 375w /31 amps max on the 12v rails.

Dell has gone back to proprietary on the T3600 they are not interchangeable.

Dell Precision T3600 Power Supply PSU 425W Y6WWJ  This one is 275W or 22 amps on the 12V rails.
