Problem with Windows 10 drivers on XPS 8700 Special Edition

I am having problems with two drivers for my XPS 8700 Special Edition system. The Dell Update Tool - Application_1GN7H_WN32_1.7.1007.0_A00 and the Network Driver - XPS-8700_Network_Driver_56FRX_WN32_10.1.505.2015_A00 come back with errors when trying to install.

Is this just a problem with the drivers at Dell or just a problem locally on my machine. Help would be appreciated, I've been a loyal Dell user for over 2 decades and would hate to have to change vendors because of a problem like this going unattended.
