Question about a T5600 Motherboard MF24N

Hello ! I got my hand onto a Dell Precision T5600 Workstation Motherboard, and 2 E5-2670.

I was wondering if it would be compatible with "standard" 2 x 8 pin PSU, standard equipment (such as DVDReader from LG, ECC RDIMM Ram, power button, etc, and with Standard square Heatsink for LGA 2011.
