(Redirected) Divorced Dell after 20-yrs

Returned XPS 9800 system because they couldn't get the Dell soundbar AC511 to work and then messed up the operating system in the process.  Dell would not exchange XPS 9800 so only option was to return all including new monitor, wireless keyboard, & soundbar.

I will never do any more business with Dell who expects customers to do many hours of what should be their quality control.
