Replacing parts in Optiplex 9010 DT.

Hi

I bought a used Optiplex 9010 and gonna use it as a server and I wanna try making it a bit more silent so i wonder a few things and hope you can give me answers.

Can I replace the psu with a non-Dell psu?

Can i replace the fans (both case and cpu) with non-Dell fans? If they are standard sized, do the have standard pins or is it Dell specific and if so are there adaptors that can work?

Can i replace the cpu cooler with a non-Dell cooler? Is it a standard 1150 fitting cooler?
