Restore XPS 8500

Attemping to Restore with the Recovery Media Disks that I made when new. I get two error codes on two attempts and it will go no farther than these codes:

ox4001100200001005  and

0x40010020000100A

I have tried both options as to leaving the partitions and the other option of not,  with the same results.

What do they mean and where do I go from here, except for the sales office???
