SO I was reading the FAQ on the XPS 630?
And I noticed a strange description about dual DVI capable monitors?
Connecting Two Displays If you are connecting two VGA
monitors, you must have the optional DVI adapter to connect the cable.
If you are connecting two DVI monitors, at least one of them must have
a VGA connector. If you are connecting a TV, you may connect only one
monitor (VGA or DVI) in addition to the TV. Dell does not provide an
s-video cable.
If I am using a NVidia 8800GT does it not have two DVI outputs on it for two DVI capable monitors? So why would I need a VGA connector?

Dave,
i turned sli off. when i'm settin' up multiple screens it won't recognize the p1130. what's interesting is when i turn sli on and it asks me what monitor i want to use for viewing that's when the p1130 show's up BUT won't allow me to select it there either. i thik i need to go find the drivers for the older crt from dell. will try that next.
