StudioXPS 7100 port multiplying

I have a StudioXPS 7100 AMD Phenom II 6 core, with a dell motherboard 0ff3fn.

I am looking into purchasing a multi-bay HDD enclosure, and want to hook it up e-sata.

First of all, does my e-sata port support port multiplying? and if so, are there any setting or whatever I need to do to get it to work?
