System fan failure on Inspiron One 2310
The system mother board not working when received the delivery. Call Dell and they send technician on the next day. Motherboard was changed and system can start and window 7 was loaded. But another error occurred again: "System fan failure" message just after Dell logo screen. Please help.

Could be the fan has failed, or needs reconnecting to the motherboard, if you have a Dell warranty in effect on the Inspiron One 2310, it's best to contact Dell's Technical Support about this issue.
