TV Card only working intermittently

I would suggest contacting Hauppauge about your WinTV-HVR-1200.

This is not a dell hardware issue.

Of course it's a Dell Issue- they sold it to me! I have no contract with Hauppauge- my contract is with Dell. UK consumer law.

• DVB-T or Analogue TV reception requires a TV aerial (a high gain rooftop aerial is required).
• If you have a cable or satellite TV box, Windows Media Center will need to use the included “IR blaster” to control the box for channel changing.
