Turn computer off.

Rather perplexed over here.  XPS8910 with a new M.2 drive installed with Windows 10 Home Edition.  If I select "shut down" or "sleep", the computer will shut down and then two seconds later it will start for a second and then go into either "shut down" or "sleep" as selected... I'm quite annoyed with this.  Is this a BIOS issue or is this a Windows issue?  What should I do to fix this?

I'm going to assume this has to be a BIOS issue since the computer completely shuts off.  Does this issue have anything to do with:

Boot List Option

File Browser Add Boot option wher it either equals "Return Boot Menu" or ACPI xxxxxxx

Any help would be appreciated.

Good Day!

It could be a be an OS issue or a BIOS issue. Have you updated the BIOS to the latest version?
