UPGRADE PSU FOR INSPIRON 620s SLIM TOWER

Will this PSU will work fine ? and will be easily installed in the chassey ??

No, it will not work, as the ATX PSU shown cannot fit into the compact case/chassis.
You need a TFX Power Supply, similar to the following:
