Updating drivers
Is it ok when updating my ATI drivers to update over the old one? Or, should I uninstall the old driver and then update to the new driver.

probably OK. However, it is a good policy to remove the older driver, then install
the new one. Think of it as good housekeeping.
If changing Publishers (ATI over Nvidia or Nvidia over ATI) then it is important to
remove the old before installing the new so as to avoid any possible conflicts.
