Hi,
Hope this link helps
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/SupportedOS/precision-t3400
Not all the Dell machines are tested for win 10 yet and the complete drivers are not released yet.
So would suggest to wait for some time.

The T3400 works just fine with windows 10. HOWEVER most older video cards do not work well. The other issue is that DDR2 Ram 4 gig ECC non buffered modules are $160 to $200 each. Not worth buying 4 of them at that price but rather getting a T3500 or better system instead.
Geforce 610 or better video card corrects this issue. I used a specific Geforce 960 and it worked just fine.
T3400 BIOS A09 I've used an EVGA GeForce GTX 960 SuperSC ACX 2.0+ 2GB GDDR5 128bit, 02G-P4-2966-KR
