Upgrade questions Inspiron 3847

I have a Inspiron 3847, (BIOS A04 April 3, 2014)- Desktop Service Tag: < ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>Express Service Code: < ADMIN NOTE: Express service code removed per privacy policy>. I have upgraded this to have all solid state drive (samsung EVO 850) and 16 GB of RAM, and Windows 10 Pro. I have some questions I will list out. Please address each question individually, and not a generic "one answer".

 

1) I realize the RAM limit is 16 GB, I currently have. Is there ANY way I can get this to 32 GB?
Maybe a BOIS update, or if I have to, another mother board (if so which one)?

 

2) I currently have Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz. With the current mother board, what is the best fastest processor upgrade which will work with this mother board? Please let me know the information for 1 and 2 above.
